i tried this for 2 weeks straight and its just an easier way to fall asleep…
I wanna do this too but I’m afraid that if I can control this already, I’m afraid I can leave my body and experience that OBE (Out of Body Experience) and I’m afraid I’ll be a traveler and stuck somewhere and my body will never wake up and demons will try to steal my empty body just like in Insidious……
